不穩定負載UNSTABLE LOAD TRAINING(ULT)研究_中譯版本(下)

結論
這項研究主要是為確定在後背平行下蹲時使用不穩定負重,是否可以增加比穩定負重更多的肌肉啟動和力量輸出。迄今還是極少研究能提供有關ULT訓練資訊。我們舉出兩種假設:a.不穩定下蹲能導致更多的肌肉活動量b.不穩定下蹲會增加垂直GRF峰值數。在實驗中發現不穩定負重下蹲會增加腹直肌、腹外斜肌和比目魚肌的肌肉活動量。但在不穩定負重情況下會降低向心階段的垂直GRF峰值數,也就是輸出力量出現小但明顯的下降。更進一步的分析則表明在實驗的6下反覆次數中,各下當中的垂直GRF峰值及肌肉啟動程度皆無差異。
本研究發現,ULT增強了身體肌肉活動程度(腹直肌增加85.6%;腹外斜肌13.1%;比目魚肌72.2%)。儘管ULT尚未被進行審查,但本研究發現與某UST的訓練方式是相同的。在一項針對瑞士球和擺動板的UST研究報告中,僅只有下腹肌肉和比目魚肌肌肉活動量增加(Wahl and Behm)。另一項比較在不穩定表面執行輕負重(空槓及60%身體自重)與在穩定表面之間的差異研究,則指出在不穩定情況使得腹部穩定肌肉增加了18.6%和比目魚肌增加了58.5%肌肉活動度,但股外側肌的活動度相較於穩定表面則是有所減少(Anderson and Behm)。
但在本研究當中並沒有出現不穩定負重導致肌肉活動減少情況。出現這種差異性很有可能是兩項研究當中負荷差異極大(自身體重60%加上空槓與1RM的60%負重)、不穩定因素的差別(一為不穩定表面,另一則為不穩定負重)或者是兩種不同因素的結合導致。另外在本實驗用作分析的六下動作當中,肌肉的活動量沒有差異性或出現條件與次數之間的相互作用。這表示當進行6次或更少的次數時,用不穩定負重進行下蹲可以提供與穩定負重相同的肌肉刺激度。雖然向心階段的肌肉活動度大於離心階段(但外斜肌無出現差異),但是沒有因為條件不同(穩定及不穩定)出現相互作用。而根據肌肉活動度結果來看,不穩定負重與不穩定表面(UST)相比可能更有利於增強軀幹穩定性。
由於當抗拮肌肉活動增加時,力量輸出可能會降低,因此不應該只使用肌肉活動度來確定不穩定訓練的有效程度。當使用不穩定負重時,我們觀察到垂直GFR峰值數據下降,此情況與UST相同。但在本實驗僅僅下降3.9%,遠比先前的UST研究實驗降低數要少許多。在UST研究當中,在BOSU球上進行下蹲的GFR值下降了45.6%,進行硬拉動作則是下降了34.19%。更進一步來說,本實驗GFR在次數與左右肢之間的GFR沒有出現明顯變化。雖然說力量輸出值出現降低,但與UST不穩定表面訓練相比,減少數值在5%以下更能夠被運動員及訓練員所接受,尤其是當訓練目標是增加身體肌力而非增加最大力量的目標設定。
本次研究是第一次針對下肢作ULT訓練在力輸出及肌肉活動的數據收集。像是負重、彈力帶磅數、動作速度節奏或槓鈴的鋼度/柔韌度等因素,這些因素或許會讓本次結果無法達到理想。而在實驗者後方放置木箱可能也增加了本體感受反饋度幫助了穩定。還有一點則是本次15名參與者當中只有一名曾使用過ULT,因此我們只能說本研究結果可能只適用於剛開始接觸ULT的訓練者。雖然還不知道讓受試者熟悉ULT需要多長時間,但未來應當要努力進行較為長期的ULT受試方式。雖然已有傳聞肯定了ULT的有效性,但還是需要進行更多的研究確認ULT作為增強運動表現或治療工具的有效度。
實際應用
我們發現以不穩定負重進行下蹲可以增加腹直肌、腹外斜肌和比目魚肌的肌肉活動程度,而身體肌肉組織的活動度也沒出現任何減少。本研究還發現以不穩定負重進行下蹲會導致垂直GFR峰值減少也就是輸出力下降。研究結果指出以彈力帶在槓鈴上垂掛負重更能比一般槓鈴加載槓片更能增加身體穩定肌肉的力量,但假使要在訓練時產生更大力量輸出上非理想的選擇。
